Disaster Tag

In an emergency room, speed and accuracy are an essential part of dealing with a disaster. Medical staff or emergency personnel must quickly and accurately record patient identification, initial medical findings and level of care required.

The front of Briggs Disaster Tag contains all of these essential details, improving efficiency and reducing the likelihood of medical errors. Treatment and disposition following care are recorded on the reverse side, providing a complete picture of the emergency care provided.

A string is provided to securely attach the tag to the patient upon arrival into the Emergency Room.
