needs. F655 ( 483.21(a) of the Requirements of Participation, effective
November 28, 2017, requires Baseline Care Plans to be developed and
implemented within 48 hours of the resident s admission to the LTC
facility. Please reference Briggs Baseline Care Plan - 801P for
compliance with these requirements.
